WildHub Festival 2021 webinar: What type of leader are you?

During this session, CLP staff led an in-depth exploration of leadership styles and skills to understand your own leadership strengths and challenges.

First participants identified their personal leadership style, then joined small groups of other participants to discuss how their style relates to different contexts they might encounter during their career in conservation.

The session offered participants an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of what it means to be a leader, and a new appreciation for a variety of leadership approaches and how these can benefit their work.

If you would like to use this leadership exercise with your own teams, we have made it available here
