CoalitionWILD is thrilled to announce that applications are now open for the 2024 Global Mentorship Program! This 6-month virtual mentorship program aims to build collaborative and cross-generational relationships between emerging young conservation leaders and senior conservation professionals.

Program Eligibility & Expectations:

• Mentors should have at least 10 years of experience in a related conservation field or topic. 
• Mentees must be 35 years of age or younger at the start of the program. 
• Commitment to consistent meetings with your mentorship partner for a 6-month period. 
• Active involvement in group meetings, communication with organizers, and engaging with other participants. 
• Providing feedback on the program throughout the 6-month period.
• Upholding confidentiality, trust, and respect in the mentor-mentee relationship.
