Join us on Monday, 17 May from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. CEST for #GenerationRestoration : YOUth reconnecting with Nature, a virtual event jointly organized by UNEP Brussels Office, FAO Liaison Office Brussels and Youth & Environment Europe to mark the launch of the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration for youth in Europe. The objective of this event is to raise awareness about the Decade’s objectives and inspire youth to join the #GenerationRestoration movement.
The session will feature a presentation of the GEO6 for Youth report looking at the analysis of the environmental challenges ahead and the role of youth, a panel with trailblazing youth contribution to restoration work both on the ground and at policy level, including student voices and EU perspective, along with a Q&A session with the audience. This online event is also part of the Green Track of the #EYE2021.

There has never been a more urgent need to restore damaged ecosystems than now, and we can only succeed if everyone plays a part. It would be great if you could share this invitation with your network, and spread the word to join #GenerationRestoration!
