Hi, I’m Aditi, a conservation biologist and science communicator. Growing up with a family of professors and avid trekkers, I was surrounded by stories of nature, sociology, and history, which fueled my love for both the outdoors and storytelling. My career has been about merging these worlds—using my background in conservation biology to inform creative approaches to science communication.
Currently, I lead the Communications team at Wildlife Conservation Society-India, where we craft innovative ways to make conservation science relatable and engaging for communities, policymakers, and young people alike. I’ve always believed that science is inherently creative—it challenges us to think in new ways, to solve problems on the spot, and conservation is no different. Through my work, I try to bring a different kind of creativity to the field, one that connects science with storytelling, art, and community engagement, inspiring people to understand and protect the landscapes they live in.
I’m excited to be part of the WildHub community, where I hope to share, learn, and collaborate with others who believe in the power of creative solutions for conservation.
