He is interested in the following research areas: Climate-Smart Agriculture, Livestock feed/pasture production, Conservation agriculture, greenhouse gas measurements, seed production, community development/strategic planning, and Animal resource ecology/management. Josephat is selfdriven, dynamic, an excellent leader, a results-oriented expert, and has an easy-to-work-with personality.
