Josephat has over eight years of local and international research and work experience, with demonstrated proficiency in technical reporting and scientific writing. He has offered expertise in various fields, including Climate-Smart Agriculture, Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), Livelihoods, Socioeconomics, and community-related research. He is interested in the following research areas: Climate-Smart Agriculture, Livestock feed/pasture production, Conservation agriculture, greenhouse gas measurements, seed production, community development/strategic planning, and Animal resource ecology/management. Josephat is selfdriven, dynamic, an excellent leader, a results-oriented expert, and has an easy-to-work-with personality.
