Work BBQ Planning Meeting 🍔🔥
We planned our BBQ on a rooftop with live music and unlimited food! Assigning clear roles (Chair, Notetaker, Timekeeper) made the meeting efficient. The exercise reminded me how important it is to define actions vs. decisions, and to track responsibility with deadlines.
