I spend about 4-6. Which I feel may be too much sometimes as it can create a lot of extra admin. However, my role involves ensuring numerous people are a part of decision making. So often meetings are the most efficient way of ensuring this happens.

For my University project I had meetings twice a month which felt like a lot of meetings to have but it did help with my project.Β

I think in a week, one meeting is enough unless there is an urgent issue to attend to.In my opinion a meeting should not be more than 1 hour 30 minutes.
