Incoming Dependency: Recruiting volunteers to help out with sessions with the Sailability programme and being able to outsource accredited training such as dinghy instructor to the a RYA

Outgoing Dependency: The volunteer being able to recruit volunteers through various mediums and also training members and volunteers internally to deliver training such as safety powerboat training. Also to find funding for resources such as boats, disability hoist, etc.
