Thanks so much for sharing Kristi. I really enjoyed my masters but I saw it as a personal interest of mine and how I wanted to develop. Many of my coworkers, including my job share who does the same job as me, do not have masters degrees and have picked up similar skills through work, volunteering, and their own research. Therefore, i think my insight is that its completely your choice and not a necessity for many professions
