I'm Janine and I'm really looking forward to the next 6 weeks! I'm currently in the 4th year of a PhD with a focus on conservation biology. I signed up for this workshop to help round-out my experience and qualifications for the future. I have a substantial amount of experience with research and field work etc., but minimal experience with managing a project.
