  • Celebrate small wins as they happen (keeps momentum going) 
  • Have “toolkit” to help navigate change 
  • Regularly assess organisation to make sure on track 
  • As leader, reimagine resilience action (SWOT useful tool) 
  • Collaboration key, top-down models not as useful when it comes to resilience
