Dear WildHub members,
It's that time of year again, the funding proposals are being written with great enthusiasm and what better way to describe our community's unique "selling" points than by asking our members themselves?
So, what do you think are the unique benefits of being a WildHub member?"
Is it the lifelong professional membership that you get for free? The safe space to connect and showcase your work? Is it the mentorship or other opportunities you received?
What makes us different from other (online) conservation communities?"
Please add your thoughts to the comment section below (as soon as possible) and help me successfully fundraise for the continued existence of our community of 5000 members across 160 different countries.
Many thanks in advance!

Wildhub Community, was the hidden spark I have always wanted to move my career to a more practical angle. The member's ideas, advices, shared experiences, and educational resources here made it happen.
I am super grateful to have found Wildhub and I will continue to help others through this platform.
Many thanks for sharing your thoughts Eby!

Added to the points mentioned is the fact that WildHub provides a strong support system for each of us. WildHub is the one-stop network for conservationists globally.
I wanted to share my thoughts on what I believe sets WildHub apart in the realm of wildlife conservation and management:
I believe these unique selling points not only differentiate WildHub but also enhance its potential to drive meaningful change in wildlife conservation. It’s a great opportunity to be a part of this community, and I look forward to contributing to our shared goals.
What stands out for me about the WildHUb is inclusivity and the diversity of expertise and experience from all over the world, coupled with a genuine sense of belonging. I genuinely feel like I belong to a community and space where my growth thrives. To top it all, there is room for all!
WildHub has helped me network with conservationists from different sectors in different parts of the world. It has given me a platform to show my work in my area of expertise. It really is a great community to be part of.
I would say it's unique in that it is a free platform that allows you to connect with other professionals globally. I don't get all this pressure to pay like I do on LinkedIn. I also like it's focus on conservation.
The chat platform is very nice too. It gives me a place to meet with others. I've been a Member of Wildhub for probably a year now? I had to take some time off due to maternity, but I feel as if the longer I am on it, the more people I meet and connected I am. It gives me hope that I will be able to work in conservation again someday. While I am not fully there right now, I certainly would have given up on my career goals if WildHub didn't exist.
I believe that the communities biggest selling points are:
Global Community of Conservation Professionals (Networking)
Practical Knowledge and Skills Development
Peer Support and Collaboration Opportunities
Accessible Platform for All Levels:
Online and Asynchronous Networking
