Hello, 

As part of the WildHub festival, I organised some wildlife/nature themed yoga with instructor Lizzie Daley.

I know a lot of you out there will be missing live in-person yoga sessions due to lockdowns, so I thought I would share the recording so you can do it in your own time. Click here to view it.
