I am Fleur, based in the UK, and I am the WildHub Conservation Catalyst Programme Co-ordinator, supporting conservation professionals to develop their writing, communication, and leadership skills through this inclusive global platform. I hold a Master’s degree in Animal Behaviour from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oxford Brookes University. My research background includes woodland butterflies and bumblebees, alongside a strong interest in woodland animals more broadly. I also have comprehensive knowledge and expertise in domestic rabbits and their welfare and care. Alongside my work in conservation, I am the founder of Your Own Mum (https://www.yourownmum.co.uk/), a resource space and weekly journal supporting mothers navigating parenthood without maternal support or a traditional family network. This work draws on my background in psychology and my passion for creating thoughtful, compassionate spaces that help people feel less isolated and more understood. I am deeply passionate about wildlife conservation, animal welfare, and meaningful communication - particularly where it brings people together on shared paths.

Caring for the Earth is as essential as protecting the organisms within it. Growing up in a community rich in natural resources, yet the lack of ecological awareness led to the vulnerability of biodiversity (flora and fauna) due to devastating environmental degradation. This sparked a pivotal shift in my career path. Instead of healing people (children) as a pediatrician, I chose to heal ecosystems as a Wildlife Biologist and Ecologist. I am currently pursuing an MPhil in Wildlife and Range Management at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). I have spent the last five years actively contributing to conservation efforts in Ghana. My experience spans roles at the Kumasi Zoological Gardens, Safari Valley Eco Resort (Safari Eco Park), Resource Management Support Center (RMSC), and field research at Mole National Park. I have developed interpersonal, technical, and soft skills in education, outreach, and tour guiding, wildlife Management and research, and GIS and remote sensing applications. I am driven by the ambition to be a Voice for Wildlife, and I am eager to contribute my skills to a multidisciplinary team like the WildHub Community, where I can help protect Earth’s biodiversity. My love for wildlife and biodiversity has motivated me in every step of my career in the new phase of my life. A banker turned environment conservation team manager especially in wildlife conservation in Eastern Assam in India. Trained and experienced in leading conservation team working for both aquatic (river dolphin) and terrestrial species (one-horned rhinos and elephants). Believes in blending science-based reasonings and traditional community knowledges in conservation planning and implementations. Stakeholders networking and continued coordination is my strength. Presently, working on promoting good practices to ensure human-elephant coexistence in Eastern Assam in India.

Mr. Paudel currently serves as a senior program manager at Bird Conservation Nepal. He has over fourteen years of experience in bird and biodiversity conservation, fundraising, project planning and implementation, and engaging with local communities to safeguard threatened bird species.

Wiem Boussellaa is a dedicated marine biologist researcher from Tunisia, specializing in marine conservation and the management of marine ecosystems. With a Ph.D. in Marine Sciences, Wiem has contributed significantly to projects aimed at preserving marine life. Currently, as a postdoctoral researcher at the Stazione Zoologica Anton Dohrn in Naples, Italy, their work focuses on the energy expenditure and ecology of sea turtles during swimming. Wiem has held key roles in various marine conservation projects, including the Life MedTurtles project at the Faculty of Sciences of Sfax and the Deep Blue project with OGS. As a member of the Global Ghost Gear Initiative (GGGI) and a project manager for the Tunisian Taxonomy Association (ATUTAX), Wiem has actively participated in the fight against ghost fishing and has been instrumental in developing a National Code of Conduct for Ghost Gear Management in Tunisia. Throughout their career, Wiem has authored several publications on marine ecosystems and conservation and has been recognized for several innovative contributions to the field. With extensive experience in project management, scientific research, and international collaboration, they continue to drive impactful conservation efforts within the Mediterranean region. 

I am an ambitious biomedical professional with expertise in neglected zoonotic diseases and One Health. I hold a DVM and an MS from Chittagong Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Bangladesh. I am interested in coordinating multistakeholder-engaged field activities, particularly to advocate sustainable animal welfare, wildlife conservation, and support developing policies related to public health. My goal is to continually enhance my skills to contribute to the advancement of both animal and human health. I am open to any short-term countryside and overseas projects.

I was born in Kenya and have lived i the UK for 42 years now. My many years of working with small businesses and running various events to raise the profile of the businesses, has landed me a post for fundraiser Trustee for a UK wildlife Hospital. The founders of the hospital are very seasoned friends of mine and their dedication to saving every wildlife animal bird that comes through their door, is simply inspirational.  Therefore, I want to learn more about writing funding applications and grant applications. I also want to share my experiences of what has worked for us and what has not. Hopefully, we can all become better at doing what we do, through skill sharing. 

Abdul-Mumin Yussif, passionate about climate resilience, sustainable agriculture, and community empowerment. As Program Manager at UF4D and Ghana’s National Focal Person for GNDR, I work to advance environmental justice and empower local communities to drive global climate solutions. 🌍🌱

        I am an emerging environmental and climate change professional focused on Environment management, climate action, and sustainable natural resource governance. I am currently in my final year pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Environment and Climate Change at Mukuba University, with a growing orientation toward applied, policy relevant, and community grounded solutions.       My professional experience includes industrial attachment with the Mansa Forestry Department in Luapula Province, where I gained practical exposure to forest management, conservation planning, and the operational realities of environmental governance. This experience reinforced my interest in forests as critical climate systems and strengthened my commitment to linking ecosystem protection with local livelihoods and resilience.         I bring a strong blend of technical, leadership, and advocacy credentials. My training includes ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems Awareness, GIS applications in conservation mapping, leadership in climate change, natural conservation education, climate change and human health, and WASH related environmental programming. These competencies position me at the intersection of environmental management, spatial analysis, public health linkages, and climate leadership, with an emphasis on evidence based action.         Beyond formal training, I have demonstrated leadership through regional and grassroots engagement. I served as the 2024 Africa Ambassador for the Healthy Environmentally Friendly Youth Campaign and remain actively involved with the Mukuba University Climate Change Action Society and the Copperbelt Institute of Natural Resources and Climate Change. I have contributed to tree planting initiatives and community mobilization under platforms such as the Keep Your Promise Campaign, advocating for climate justice and accountability.         My long term direction is centered on advancing practical solutions in forest conservation, environmental management systems, and climate policy implementation. I am particularly interested in roles that allow me to integrate science, leadership, and community engagement to drive sustainable and measurable environmental impact in Zambia and across Africa.

I am a biologist passionate about biodiversity conservation and environmental sustainability, with academic training and hands-on experience in scientific research, fieldwork, and environmental education. With over a decade of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical sector, I'm excited to apply my skills in strategic communication and stakeholder engagement to conservation efforts. I'm particularly interested in habitats preservation, human-Wildlife conflict mitigation, and species protection. Aprés cinq année en service à Kédougou(Senegal) en qualité d'adjoint à l'inspecteur régional des Eaux et Forêts, Chasses, je suis récemment  affecté dans la région de Kaolack pour poursuivre ma mission dans l'administration forestiére. Fort de plusieurs années d’expérience dans la région de Kédougou en suivi-évaluation, en études d’impact environnemental et en gestion des ressources naturelles, je suis convaincu que mon expertise peut contribuer efficacement aux objectifs environnementaux et sociaux de votre entreprise. My name is Fidèle KASANGANDJO MWAGALWA, a Congolese national, passionate about environmental conservation and the sustainable management of natural resources. I am an experienced and committed environmental analyst with over five years of experience in ecological monitoring and anti-poaching operations across Africa. Over the course of my career, I have developed strong expertise in analyzing ecological dynamics and using advanced tools such as Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and remote sensing technologies. 💼 Most recently, I served as an Environmental Monitoring Analyst at African Parks Congo, where I played a key role in producing strategic reports to guide ranger patrol operations. I also conducted operational analyses to assess the impacts of human activities on biodiversity, supervised aerial surveillance missions, and studied poaching trends—contributing to the preservation of wildlife in Garamba National Park. 🔍 Previously, I worked as a researcher at the Congo Basin Water Resources Research Center, where I led projects focused on water resource analysis and hydrological modeling. My work provided strategic insights for the sustainable development of local territories.
