Examples of Safeguarding Policies?

Dear Wildteam Members, I need to develop a safeguarding policy for a project area I'm supporting in Kenya.  The dynamics are highly complex (aren't they all!) and so it's key that the parties have a safeguarding policy, to ensure each party is respected, their is a code of conduct between stakeholders, there is protection for the range of stakeholders and there are formal means and tools to deal with grievances, complaints and resolution.  If you have an existing safeguarding policy for your project and are able to share, this would be much appreciated!   Many thanks, Helen
