This is Aditi Sharma and I am a Veterinarian. I completed my Masters in Veterinary Surgery & Radiology in 2004. I did a PG Diploma in Advanced Wildlife Management from the Wildlife Institute of India in 2015 & PG Diploma in One Health from COHORT, Kerela in 2023. I served the Department of Animal Husbandry in Uttarakhand State Government as Senior Veterinary Officer for 20 years and retired voluntarily on 31st January 2023 to continue as a Freelancer Wildlife Consultant. Currently, I am working on three projects related to Wildlife Health, One Health & Human-Wildlife Conflict Mitigation. I served in Rajaji Tiger Reserve in Northern India for 5 years from 2015-2020.  I am the Founder of two public charitable Trusts, one works for women's empowerment & safety and the other works for environment conservation.

I Julius Saitore am working in tourism industry recently but before I worked with two of conservation and sustainability organisations I volunteered with Jane Goodall's institute as school coordinator whereby I gave education to students and youth about the importance to conserve environment and enabling them to undertakes actions by planting trees in their areas Secondly I volunteered at Project rose as educational coordinator whereby the main goal for the organisation was to see the sustainable community by provide them with education with fully funded scholarship Not only that to be a safari guide means you travel alot to different destinations for exploration and make an interesting point to the tourists  for me travelling with people is a spreading of the importance of conservation whenever I meet anybody I just employ "trash in and trash out" wherever i go with tourist the purpose is to try to be kind to the environment and wildlife in places but to make a better world and enjoyable for everyone's in a future  I do like mostly walking safari than other form of tourism activities that's because it is justly friendly to nature.

I am currently a doctoral student in the LMI SHUNT International Mixed Laboratory program on the sustainability of the hunting system in the Dahomey Gap (Benin). This is part of the collaboration between the Research Institute for Development (IRD) and the Laboratory of Applied Ecology (LEA) of the University of Abomey-Calavi (UAC). I am currently doing my research on the conservation of the habitats of this hunting system. I am a research assistant at the Applied Ecology Laboratory at the University of Abomey-Calavi. Thus, from 2022 to 2023, I was a facilitator in a project to restore sacred forests in South Benin.

Academically, Ibrahim holds a Master of Science degree in Forest and Nature Conservation with a specialization in society and policy from Wageningen University in the Netherlands. Complementing his academic credentials, he earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Peace and Conflict Studies from Coventry University in the UK, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Community Development from the University of Bosaso in Somalia. Driven by a thirst for knowledge, Ibrahim aspires to pursue a PhD in the near future. With over a decade of experience in the non-profit biodiversity conservation sector and natural resource management in Somalia, Ibrahim brings a wealth of expertise to his work. He has collaborated with numerous international NGOs, UN agencies, and think tanks, leveraging his strong research-oriented and management background to drive impactful conservation initiatives. Recognizing the need for a national organization with a broader focus on wildlife and plant species conservation, Ibrahim founded the www.speciessavior.org in 2019. As a researcher, Ibrahim has conducted extensive field analyses in the frankincense harvesting regions of Somalia, and has authored numerous research papers and articles on frankincense sites management and conservation status.
