Hello everyone,

My name is Ella. I am based in the UK and currently working as a Senior Project Manager for the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB). I am leading my first project - an experimental trial of nest protection measures for common ringed plover (Charadrius hiaticula). Ringed plover face a number of threats, including nest predation, habitat loss and disturbance. The project aims to determine whether various nest protection measures improve hatching success. 

I am looking forward to learning more about conservation-specific project management principles and learning together with others who are working on such interesting projects, habitats and species!
