The practical experience from this training will certainly builds the capacity for long-term, impactful change that purely classroom-based learning often cannot achieve.
Hence, on-ground project management experience is crucial for biodiversity conservation because it enables me to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges, such as engaging local communities, managing risks, adapting to changing field conditions, and ensuring efficient use of limited resources.
