I would like to do a Situation Analysis on human-elephant conflict, regarding crop raiding by elephants. My dream is to do a PhD on the population density and movements of elephants (using radio collars; camera traps & transects of spoor) in a particular park in Africa and to investigate any human-elephant conflict and how best to mitigate for it. I am in the very early stages of planning so by no means an expert and would love for any of you, no matter what your background, to join me in the 6pm session.

I'd love to work on this with you, Rebecca! I'm very interested human-wildlife conflict. Most of my knowledge to date is on wolves and Iberian lynx, but be very interested in expanding my understanding.

Thanks!
