I am an environmentalist and a natural resource economist who specializes in data analysis, forestry, hydrology, REDD and EIAs in Zimbabwe.
I'm Osben Awinkugri. I'm happy to be part of this great family and looking forward to learning, expanding my  networks and connecting with people as I become a catalyst for growth. I volunteered for two years as a Project Officer in a community-led biodiversity conservation and livelihood empowerment project in communities within the Bui national park in Ghana. The activities included conservation advocacy and capacity building for small scale farmers. I love reading motivational books, jogging in the morning and always curious to learn new things when given the opportunity.

I am a tutorial fellow at Maasai Mara University, Department of Forestry and Wildlife. I am also a PhD student undertaking a PhD in Natural Resources Management at Egerton University-Kenya. I have a background in Wildlife Management and conservation with an experience of over 8 Years. I have carried out several studies on Huma- Wildlife Conflict in the Maasai Mara Ecosystem- Kenya.  My interest is developing more conflict mitigation measures to have a harmonious co-existence between wildlife and the local community in conservation areas.

I am Sandra, a Conservation Technologist experienced in the use of GIS technologies like QGIS, EarthRanger software, Google Earth Pro in the collection, manipulation and delivery of geographic data to enable evidence-based decision-making in wildlife and habitat monitoring in the Murchison Falls, Queen Elizabeth and Kidepo Valley National parks in Uganda as well as MS Project. My love for wildlife conservation and habitat management as well as travelling new places leads me to appreciate our surroundings and the need to protect them.
