Hi Everyone,
I am so pleased to be here and look forward to many interesting discussions about the importance of project management and evaluation for conservation and citizen science.
In my day-to-day, I coach and train other project practitioners to help them unlock their project management and evaluation superpowers. We laugh, we cry and have so much fun learning about the wonders of managing projects with structure and processes while celebrating the importance of learning from failures.
I also work part-time for the Saving our Species program, a New South Wales threatened species conservation initiative. Busily planning for the next phase of the program by reviewing and planning for a Program MER Guidelines document and also leading the working groups.
Before all this, I was totally addicted to designing and implementing all sorts of citizen science projects to connect the community with science.
If I am not working, I will be most likely finding for the next best and most isolated hiking spot to go and get lost in nature OR cooking up a storm at home.
Hope everyone is keeping well. Great to be a part of this community!
Cheers
Geetha
