Hi everyone , I'm verry happy to here to share those moments with all of you. My name is Ezéchiel Hounnouvi and i'm originally from Benin but currently living in Democratic Republic of Congo. I decided to join Wildhub because I want to discover new things about skills to manage projects for wildlife conservation and also make new acquaintances with people who shared the same passion for wilflife like me.

Currently I'm student; I'm in my second year of a Master's degree in protected areas and biospheres reserves planning and management. In a few days, I'll be heading to Kruger National Park for a 6-month internship as part of my final year thesis. I'm particularly interested in spatial remote sensing and the restoration of wildlife habitats.

I hope get opportunities in wildlife conservation, improve my skills, improve my capacities and get job opportunities too. I'm sure that I can bring something for the wildhub by sharing opportunities, experiences and a lot of others things.

Thank you

A warm welcome to WildHub Fidèle! Great to have you join us and thanks for sharing about your background; exciting to hear that you will be heading to Kruger NP soon!

In terms of job opportunities, I would recommend clicking on the "Watch" button of our Job opportunities room, so you will be notified of any new opportunity that is published there.

I would also recommend having a look at our upcoming WildHub socials (information here ) - it's a great way of sharing knowledge and getting to know each other in our WildHub community.

Any questions, please let me know.

Thank you @Thirza Loffeld for that warm welcome and I'm sincerely proud to be part of this community and very much looking forward to the adventures we'll have together.

Hi Fidèle! Welcome to the Wildhub community. What about spatial remote sensing interests you most?

The two things I'm most interested in are : using remote sensing to map forests in order to monitor their evolution, and using remote sensing to study biodiversity, i.e. to study the habitats of wild species for their conservation and restoration.
