A warm welcome to WildHub, Chloe! Wonderful to have you join us and thank you for sharing about your background.
Perhaps of interest to you could be our Conservation Catalyst programme here, which can be a great experience for networking, building your conservation profile internationally as well as sharing other people’s learnings.
Also, I would recommend joining our member Social events (dates here) which is a great way to network with other members.
Specially for our community, @Aliyah Pandolfi at the Kashmir World Foundation, is organising a resume/CV building workshop which will happen early December. If you click on the "follow" buttons of the job opportunities room, the training opportunities room, and the events & networking opportunities channel, you will be notified of any new opportunities shared there, including that one.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Also a thank you to @Jon Taylor for his advice and words of encouragement, much appreciated.
Great ideas Thirza I will follow up on those.
Keep hammering every conservation and sustainable development NGO vacancy that comes up - your academic background makes you very interviewable. And in the meantime look for any opportunities to intern and get some additional experience - anything that adds to your profile and sets you apart from the crowd. Don't be one of the people who give up, and you'll get there. Good luck!
Thank you Jon for the kind words!
