Sh#t.

The reason I often witness is the missing clarity on your target audience.

Target what?

A target audience is a specific group of people you want to reach with your product, service, or message.

Why you should care about it:

You have limited resources - time, money, and priorities. It is crucial to focus your efforts on those people that actually buy your services or donate.

Make no mistake. Knowing your target audience is crucial for B2C & B2B.

4 hacks to define your target audience:

1️⃣ Demographics - the no-brainer yet often not executed well - age & gender are the top 2 I would focus on

2️⃣ Psychographics - target audience’s interests, opinions, attitudes, and personality traits

3️⃣ Needs & pains - you need to understand what they struggle with so that you can really be precise about how your solution fixes it

4️⃣ Influencers - who is influencing them to collaborate potentially
