Example of project that did not use phases: I did a field trip to Africa with my uni. For this I had to design a survey project with two other people. Our team did not thoroughly carry out the plan phase and did not carry out any of the prepare phase. This meant that when we encountered problems they were unexpected and we had to come up with solutions on the spot rather than falling back on plans B and C as needed.
I have moved my example onto the worksheet. The worksheet was impossible to find without a link. I had to go back to a previous module to find a link.
