I currently work in a Scrum (Agile) project management environment, so there tends to be a brief daily meeting (the project 'daily standup' or 'daily scrum'), with a larger review meeting every two weeks (known as 'sprint review', which reflects our scheduling of work into two-week 'sprints'). Lessons-learnt is usually done every month as a 'retrospective'. In this model, there are more status/review meetings than in PMWC, and there is no specific monthly or annual meeting.Β
I currently work on a community forestry project for indigenous populations and local communities . We usually have a weekly follow up meeting , monthly meetings and semesters meetings
