Seeking Guidance and Support in Conservation Community
As a dedicated conservation professional, I'm sharing my story in hopes of finding guidance, support, and potential solutions.
In 2021, I created a successful conservation education program in Harare, Zimbabwe, from scratch. Despite verbal agreements and later, a written contract, I was terminated in December 2022. Subsequently, I discovered that funding had been secured for the program's continuation.
I'm concerned about:
1. Intellectual property rights (logo, program name)
2. Fair compensation for my work
3. Transparency in funding allocation
I value the conservation community's input and expertise. How can I ensure my rights are protected? What steps could be taken to resolve this situation amicably?

My name is VImbainashe Eunick Chitauro, a conservationist from Zimbabwe specializing in Conservation education. From a young age, I have been passionate about working with wildlife, and as I progressed in my career, I have come to understand the crucial link between wildlife and communities.
