Greetings,  

I hope this email finds you well. My name is T’Noya Thompson, and I am a doctoral candidate researching the relationship between organizational culture and turnover intentions within conservation organizations. I invite you to share your insights by participating in the following survey, which will contribute to our understanding of organizational culture and intentions in the conservation field. 

All submissions will be kept strictly confidential, and no identifying information will be shared in any reports or publications resulting from this research. 

For this study, conservation organizations are broadly defined as nonprofits, institutions, federal agencies, foundations, or trusts that focus on wildlife, resource, and habitat conservation, as well as environmental education. These organizations strive to preserve and protect the planet through collaborative efforts, community engagement, partnership building, and co-creating solutions with the community. If you currently work at a conservation organization as defined above and want to participate, please complete the IRB-approved survey by November 30th, 2024.
