My name is Larpei Nicholas, and I am passionate about protecting and preserving our natural heritage. With a background in Project Planning and Management, I have been actively involved in wildlife conservation, particularly through my work with Ol Pejeta Conservancy under the Disney Project focusing on rhino monitoring and habitat restoration. I have hands-on experience in fieldwork, habitat assessment, and community engagement, all geared toward securing a future for endangered species and promoting coexistence between people and wildlife. Aprés cinq année en service à Kédougou(Senegal) en qualité d'adjoint à l'inspecteur régional des Eaux et Forêts, Chasses, je suis récemment  affecté dans la région de Kaolack pour poursuivre ma mission dans l'administration forestiére. Fort de plusieurs années d’expérience dans la région de Kédougou en suivi-évaluation, en études d’impact environnemental et en gestion des ressources naturelles, je suis convaincu que mon expertise peut contribuer efficacement aux objectifs environnementaux et sociaux de votre entreprise. My name is Huruma David Mwasomola. I have a background in Wildlife Management, and I’m passionate about environmental conservation, research, and promoting human-wildlife coexistence. Over the years, I’ve gained experience working on various conservation projects focusing on wildlife monitoring, mangrove restoration, biodiversity surveys, and community outreach programs. My work has involved data collection using tools like Kobo and ODK, GIS mapping, monitoring and evaluation, and engaging with local communities to support sustainable conservation efforts. I am a recent graduate from the Wildlife Research and Training Institute, with a passion for conservation and a diverse set of skills honed through hands-on experience.  During my attachment program at Kisite Mpunguti Marine Park and my volunteer work with Reefolution Trust, I have gained invaluable expertise in:  Coral Restoration: Engaging in coral planting, nursery maintenance, and out-planting to rejuvenate marine ecosystems. Marine Debris Cleanups: Organizing and participating in cleanups to protect our oceans. Community Engagement: Facilitating group discussions and outreach programs to foster local involvement in conservation efforts. Data Collection and Entry: Gathering and managing data crucial for research and conservation projects. Human-Wildlife Conflict Resolution: Developing strategies to mitigate conflicts between humans and wildlife.  My interests are deeply rooted in:  Wildlife Protection: Advocating for and implementing measures to safeguard endangered species. I am a vet assistant recently joined a game resort and have gotten some interest in wildlife and conservation. Have started learning about wildlife and conservation and want to learn more. In this new journey i have taken i have fallen in love with giraffe and want to take keen interest in conserving them I have zero experience in conservation but i come with 100% interest to learn😊
