Additionally, I have over seven years of experience teaching law and business at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, as well as providing professional development counseling to attorneys as a partner at the global law firm Baker McKenzie. My commitment to conservation, biodiversity protection, and sustainability drives my career. I've successfully pursued nonprofit grant writing and research, including work with the JACK Primate Sanctuary in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. I further enhance my skills through bot training at Outlier AI, focusing on strengthening artificial intelligence (AI) for research, writing, and analytics. I am dedicated to promoting nature conservation and sustainable development in biodiversity hotspots, particularly in Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. I aim to integrate wildlife conservation with community-led economic programs while respecting Indigenous interests. Trained in biology and anthropology, I have spent 20+ years in the non-profit sector. Passionate about social and environmental justice, my focus is on the intersection between conservation and community rights and wellbeing. As the co-director of Global Diversity Foundation, I have experience in organisational strategy development, fundraising and donor relations management, HR management and recruitment, financial oversight, operations, conflict resolution and mediation, non-profit governance, communications and dissemination, and event organisation. A highly skilled partnership-builder, relationship-manager and strategic thinker, I speak four languages and currently oversee a multicultural, multilocal team of 15.

As an Environmental Management Inspector (EMI) , I, among other things, assure the protection of natural resources by properly and soundly applying NEMA, EIA, rules, and principles. Furthermore, I conduct compliance monitoring and enforcement with mandatory regulations, including proactive compliance inspections of game holding facilities for both private and public institutions. I also examine huge corporations and facilities ( Industrial e.t.c ). In addition, I perform reactive inspections. I participate in criminal investigations for environmental offences that are then brought to the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) for evaluation and, if necessary, prosecution.

My work is serving plant genetic resources conservation and use intervention for food and agriculture development (PGRFA) in Vietnam. We design, develop, carry out platform and strategy, programs on PGRFA and relevant areas, including consultancy, training activities. Currently, we are trying to focus on diversity and evolution works of crop and wild crop relatives (CWRs)in the contexts of climate changes, nutrition and health styles and ecosystem services payments and environments as well as values series of culture, spirit and religions that plant genetic resources contribute to sustainable human social development against future challenges. I am a graduate of BSc in Environmental Science I have skills and experience in managing environmentally sustainable projects as a researcher, field officer, M & E, and project manager.  I have handled WASH, Waste4Health, Wildlife conservation, and distributed renewable energy projects in various capacities.                                                                                              I am an outgoing, dedicated, ready-to-learn person who does everything possible to achieve the intended result.                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

Since July 2025, I have been serving as the Community Advocates Coordinator at WildHub, where I coordinate initiatives to engage, support, and empower our community advocates in advancing WH’s mission. Beyond WildHub, I wear a few different hats. I work as a researcher and lecturer in Sweden, teaching courses on environmental law, political and historical ecology, and disaster management. I also mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students, collaborate with faculty members, and contribute to ongoing research projects. I’m passionate about giving back through volunteer work. I support a few conservation and animal welfare organisations with research and advocacy to help drive positive change. When I’m not working, you’ll find me hiking forest trails with my dog or enjoying a good cup of coffee.

Born and raised in The Bahamas, I cultivated a profound affinity for the ocean, inspiring my career trajectory from an early age. I have had the opportunity to volunteer and work with many diverse organizations and communities throughout my 25-year career. Currently, I am a Ph.D. candidate studying organizational leadership at Southeastern University. Additionally, I am the proprietor of Wild Spark Consulting, a consulting business dedicated to igniting and cultivating leadership. Furthermore, I am honored to serve as a Coexistence Fellow with the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden. I am privileged to contribute my expertise as a Vermilion Sea Institute and Ecology Project International board member. I serve on the advisory council for A Rocha USA and Ecochallenge.org. My academic credentials consist of a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and a Master of Arts in Biology obtained through the Global Field Program of Miami University. I am a social scientist and passionate about increasing the application of social science research and methods in the conservation sector. To do this, I founded Human Nature. Human Nature is a social enterprise empowering conservation professionals to use social sciences to impact people and planet. We provide training and mentorship to NGOs, academics, policy makers and others wishing to build their foundations in social science. Many people working in conservation have trained through natural science routes, and find themselves needing to better understand the people elements of ecosystems. I am a marine conservationist / biologist whose passion for the ocean has been since I was young. I have been involved in tagging and releasing  juvenile great whites and rescued stranded sea lions. Now, I am building a Young Ambassadors Program for individuals who are looking to create their own path for marine conservation. 

I help conservationists around the world design outreach and communication plans that motivate action & change. My methodology brings together best practices from commercial advertising, relevant theories from the behavioral & social sciences, insights from global consumer trends, and real-world conservation experiences. Offering: online workshops, online courses, and consulting services.

I am Arefine. I am an anchor & reciter. In between my studies in zoology, I am involved in extra curricular activities. I focus on field studies since my undergraduate studies. Field study alone and observing became my addiction. Photography was also added to this addiction. Although watching nature, observing animals is my passion, the thought of working on a specific subject did not come to my mind. After that, I started working at the marginal level with snakebite patients during the Corona period. Then I chose calligraphy as a means of awareness to reach people quickly. Although I did not give priority to online then, I later built my organization called Kundali Foundation. Under the banner of this organization, i started the work of conveying the message of awareness to people called 'Be Aware Of Snake'.   I was able to deliver my message to 495 upazilas of Bangladesh. The war is still going on because the fear of snakes has not died down among people.
