Case study: Juicy Marbles. 3 business hacks to learn from the rising plant meat star.

Juicy Mables is a premium plant meat company that managed to make some noise and get attention in a very crowded market.

So this time I wanted to share 3 hacks with you how they did it.

Before we start.

1. I don't get paid for this. I think they just got plenty of best practices for us we can use to combat the biodiversity crisis.

2. What has plant meat to do with biodiversity? Actually, a lot. Livestock production is the single most significant driver of habitat loss.

But here the hacks.

Hack #1: Know your target audience

Their target group are flexitarians, vegetarians or vegans that like to eat a good steak without the catastrophic environmental impact. Allows them to be laser sharp on their product and communication.

Hack #2: Use humor to entertain people

Humor is the best way to keep your audience entertained. I don't have to buy their products and still get something out of it.

Hack #3: Don't be afraid to go premium

Sometimes bold ideas never get realized because of our fears that nobody would pay such a high price for our product. Especially when we are just starting with it.

Jump over that fear and deliver your product. People are willing to pay, you just need to find them.

On Saturday I will share 3 more hacks (Branding, Website & Pitch Deck) and go much more into detail.

+ a cheat sheet
+ 5 clear action steps you can take for your biodiversity business

Thanks for sharing, Oliver. I'd find an example pitch deck on biodiversity interesting (if that's in your plan for your next piece).
