What did they do well? Gave everyone the chance to input
What could they have improved? Time management
Everyone had a chance to speak. However, the decision-making process for planning applications seemed biased. It was supposed to be through discussion and votes.
I think it was quite funny example of meetings. I think everyone played their roles which was good and that everyone had their turn to contribute. The negative things were: the time management, the notetaker wasnt really capable to understanding everything well and the notes were somehow distorted. The guy who was late disturbed the meeting and the chair decided to only accept his sons project in the villages many requests for things.
They has an agenda, a notetaker, and Chair and reference materials. What they didn't do very well was a person was late, unnecessary questions asked, side tracked by stories, not speedy or to the point and the notetaker wasn't very good. Funny though.
✔️ What did they do well in the meeting?
They took notes, started the meeting on time, had an agenda, and moved through each topic decisively and quickly.
❌ What could they have improved?
All members could have started on time, input from participants could have been more concise, and the clerk could have had more clarity about note-taking expectations.
Although they had a clear agenda, the Notetaker did not understand his role. Poor time management as some came late for the meeting, too much "little" talks.
Clear agenda and roles, everyone contributed, but time management was poor, but at least they did have a chance to speak (I never get a word in during my meetings :') !)
The roles were all quite clear and apparent, although time keeping wasn't great. There's also the possibility of roles being reassigned if some people can't carry out their roles, such as the note taker.
They spent way too long discussing details of the meeting setting amongst themselves, and ended up just speeding past the actual points that were meant to be covered in the meeting. And the notetakers was not actually sure of what his role entailed, as he kept asking what should and should not be noted down.
I guess it was clear what everyone's role was but they where not sticking to the agenda and somebody was not in time.
What didn't go well was:
a.) lack of confirmation on the number of attendees for the meeting.
b.}The agenda had not been sent out prior.
c.) The note-taker wasn't too sure what to leave out or what to include.
What went well, the organizer allowed everyone a chance to speak
