Hi Ross, Many thanks for sharing your lessons learned on this topic. Could I perhaps ask you to assign your post to a channel and/or room? This way, members who opted-in for those channel(s) or room will be notified of your post by email, which will result in more readers.  Under the header of your post, you will find a button "edit", once you click on this, you will be able to edit your post and also select a channel and/or room from the right-hand menu. Also, it would be useful if you could add a picture banner to your post to draw in readers as well (at the top of that right-hand menu) and you could even select the badge "lessons learned", if you like. Many thanks, I hope you're well and wishing you a nice weekend!

I think this is a really helpful overview. From my own experiences in such an environment, I also learned the importance of recognizing when the harassment and bullying is being supported by the culture of the organization, and thus when leaving the situation is the safest option.
