Thank you and I am happy to be part of WildHub community. One of the key things I realized in Project Management and M&E is collaboration and communication. I can give one example of how the quarterly report was prepared from the monthly reports. Though the monthly report was not mandatory the team made sure that the monthly reports were prepared so that all the key activities against the program was captured which would be helpful in Quarterly report. I realized the power of collaboration which would help achieve the goal.
