I’d advise getting someone with project management experience in to assist you for a little while and get some feedback on how you could potentially work smarter and what you could outsource to volunteers or contractors. It’s a good way of understanding where you are before you make the jump to employing others full time and helps you think about what you want to do and what you could/would let go and when you should let someone else do tasks. Knowing what your needs are will be able to help visualise better the direction you are heading. I’m happy to discuss more if would like as I have wide project management experience in the conservation.

Hi Jackie, thanks for sharing this! I can imagine that this tool may also be helpful when drafting funding applications. Would you perhaps have time to share a screen recording on WildHub of how you used it?

I'm thinking of @Mohamed Shrief Mokhtar Sobah Taalab 's recent question about where to find funding for monitoring equipment (e.g. binoculars, cameras) and how this may be of help.

Thank you for sharing your findings with us!

Try to get a related organisation or company to sponsor you as it may fit into their research and development work.

I’d go with using a multifunctional platform like Microsoft Teams. Allows you to store and share range of file types and establish different teams and chat groups as needed. But again like previous post you still need a hard backup of some type.
