Hello @Nafeesa Esmail - I'm a co-founder of an education-to-action organisation called AimHi Earth. We're on a mission to provide everyone with the essential understanding, skills and ideas to overcome the climate and nature crisis and ensure a healthier, fairer, more prosperous future. We develop accessible climate training so that everyone fully understands the key climate concepts, is equipped to communicate about them with impact and is empowered to make a difference (as an individual and a collective).
We offer training for teachers, employees and basically everyone honestly! We're also doing a public masterclass tonight if you'd like to check it out and come along!
We're working with a group in Nairobi on adapting our sessions for students in Kenya, but haven't worked in Uganda yet... Let me have a think of who else might be helpful.
Thoughtbox have a climate curriculum that is amazing.. https://www.thoughtboxeducation.com/climatecurriculum
The Ministry of Eco Education have a number of Curriculum Resources here:

(I know both of these groups if it would be helpful to put you in touch?)
